Who makes the blocks?

Every form we supply is made by Nudura, one of the longest-established names in ICF, with its own testing programme, published technical data, and installer training. As an authorised distributor, we sit between that manufacturing base and your site.

That works in your favour twice over. The product information you hand to building control and your warranty provider comes from the manufacturer, so it holds up under scrutiny. And when a junction detail is unusual, we can go back to the source rather than guess.

Blocks for different parts of the scheme

Not every wall on a site needs the same form. Where the design calls for more insulation around the concrete core, the XR35 high-performance block uses thicker insulation on both faces. It suits schemes where U-values drive the envelope design.

Choosing it comes down to the calculated thermal performance, the core width your engineer needs, the wall thickness you can afford in the footprint and the finish you have in mind. Insulation depth on its own is not enough to go on.

We also supply the One Series and Integrated Series forms, plus cladding and render systems for the outer face.

Basements and ICF retaining walls need a heavier specification than a standard above-ground wall. More reinforcement, wider cores, waterproofing and drainage all come into it. Price a basement off an above-ground rate, and the number will be wrong.
